TOKYO COMES TO MAUI ~ YOKO NAGASHIMA

Since I started my Yoga study, I was interested in wellness and beauty and I am constantly meditating on what I like to do and what I could do. I teach Yoga in Tokyo, but mostly privates. I also organize yoga workshops and yoga trainings with Ted in Japan - we had great workshops in Tokyo last Feb and May. Finally I started up my own company ' D-More Inc ' in Japan 2 years ago after my 20 years career in financial companies. D-More creates and plans high quality anti-aging programs and events.
As everybody knows, we had to deal with the damage caused by big earthquakes and Tsunami in northern Japan 3 months ago. There is still lots of grief and tears everywhere, but a lot of people learned to help each other, to support each other and to share with each other. We are trying to move forward and have hopes for a brighter future. All of Japan appreciates the warmth and support that came from Maui.

I have been studying Yoga with Ted since 2004. I learned so many things from Ted through Yoga and Ayurveda. When I am facing difficulties or when I suffer from pains, I always use Yoga to heal myself. Ted told us that if you didn't know how to drive a vehicle, you would have accidents even when the vehicle was beautiful and well made. I always keep this in mind and use this when I analyze myself for self awareness ... have I driven my body correctly?
