1. PRICES: Yoga Awareness prices may be subject to change.
2. TAXES: Yoga Awareness price (services, products, accommodation) include sales tax.
3. PAYMENTS: All payments to Yoga Awareness are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments are deposited into the Student Account and used to purchase Yoga Awareness services, products or accommodation. The Student Account information is available on your request and will be sent as a PDF by email.
4. CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, SCHEDULE CHANGE
BY CLIENT / STUDENT
PRIOR EVENT: If a student does not attend an event for any unforeseen reason such as health or personal reasons, work, travel, natural disasters, weather, etc then there is no refund for cancellation. The event payment is credited back to the Student Account WALLET. There is no time constraints with using the wallet credit and the student can then purchase any future Yoga Awareness services or products using their wallet credit.
DURING EVENT: Once an event has commenced then it is held consecutively as scheduled by the client. Any part of the event missed for any unforeseen reason can be rescheduled. For trainings the student can continue in future trainings and on successful completion will be certified by Yoga Awareness.
BY YOGA AWARENESS
If an event or any part of the event is not held by Yoga Awareness for any unforeseen reason then the Student payment/s for the event or any part of the event is refunded to the Student in full.
BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER
Accommodation and retreat cancellation are subject to the 'terms and conditions' as specified by the contracted third-party provider and Yoga Awareness is not liable for any financial loses.
5. CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Yoga Awareness accepts no responsibility for your travel or accommodation loss or other additional expenses due to a Yoga Awareness event cancellation and recommends that the Student purchases travel insurance at the time of registering for an event.
6. AMENDMENTS: Terms & Conditions may be subject to change and is printed on each invoice or accepted online before payment.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the Student, agree that Yoga Awareness shall not be liable for any claim of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in Yoga and Ayurveda offered at any Yoga Awareness studio, affiliated studios, outdoor locations or online events. I have read the above Release of Liability and the Terms & Conditions. I fully understand and voluntarily agree to this.

3. 支払： ヨガアウェアネスへの全てのお支払いは返金できません。お支払いは受講生口座に入金されて ヨガアウェアネスの受講料及び製品の購入に使用することができます。残高の閲覧やご必要な場合はPDF形式でメールでお送りします。
4. キャンセル、連絡なしの不参加、スケジュールの変更
クライアント/受講生の理由による場合
イベント前：クライアント/受講生が予期しない理由、例えば健康上の理由、私的理由、仕事、旅行、天災、悪天候などのためにイベントに参加しない場合の返金はありません。お支払いいただいた受講料は、ウォレット（受講生口座）に移し保管されます。ウォレットの使用期限はなく、ヨガアウェアネスが提供するサービスや製品に利用できます。イベント期間中：クライアント/受講生の予期しない理由でイベントを中断しなければならなくなった場合、スケジュールを立て直すことができます。トレーニングの場合は、次回以降のトレーニングで継続することができます。修了後はヨガアウェアネスの資格が認定されます。
ヨガアウェアネスの理由による場合
ヨガアウェアネスが止む無くイベントをキャンセルした場合は、全額受講生に返金いたします。
第三者提供者の理由による場合
宿泊施設やリトリートなどの、第三者提供側に記載されている利用規約が適用され、ヨガアウェアネスは、損失等の責任を負いません。
5. キャンセルについて：イベントがキャンセルされた場合、イベントに参加予定者の旅費・宿泊等のキャンセル料負担の責任は負いません。キャンセルの場合も想定して予定を組まれることをお勧めします。
6. 改正：ご利用規約は改正される場合がありますが、各請求書に明記され、お支払い前に変更事項をオンラインで確認してからお支払いをすることができます。
免責承諾書
私は、ヨガアウェアネスまたは、その関連会社の主催する、スタジオ,アウトドア,オンラインで行われる、ヨガとアーユルヴェーダのレッスン参加に際し、自身の不注意または不可抗力による事故や訴えに対して、ヨガアウェアネスに対して一切の責任を問わないことを承諾します。私は、上記の免責承諾書と利用規約を読み、その内容を十分理解した上で承諾します。
