presents half and one day workshops on the
Yoga
Teachings of Patanjali,
using the methods of Kriya Yoga and
Ashtanga Yoga, to attain peacefulness to the body, breath and mind.
During
each three hour Workshop Ted weaves asana, pranayama,
chanting, study of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and meditation,
giving you
an experiential understanding of these profound Teachings.

What
level ?
The half day Workshops are suitable for all levels.
We apply the appropriate application of Yoga for each student, within
the context of the Workshop. A regular practice of asana, pranayama
and meditation gives you a better understanding of your weakness
and strength. Practicing to your comfortable maximum ability is
the special effort required for balanced transformation.
What
style of Yoga ?
The Teaching of Patanjali is Raja Yoga, which is the ability to
focus and strengthen our mind. Patanjali gives us Kriya Yoga (attitude)
and Ashtanga Yoga (method) to attain this state of peacefulness
to the body, breath and mind.
