• Depart 7am Makawao - Halepohaku 9am
• Breakfast & orientation 9am
• Yoga (asana) practice 10am
• Lunch 12 noon
• Ayurveda introduction 1pm
• Ayurveda 30min treatment (10 students)
& relaxation time 1:30 - 4pm
• Yoga (pranayama) practice 4pm
• Sunset dinner 6pm

Sunday
• Yoga (pratyahara) practice 6am
• Breakfast 8am
• Ayurveda 60min treatment (6 students)
& relaxation time 9am - 12 noon
• Lunch 12 noon
• Ayurveda 60min treatment (4 students)
& relaxation time 1 - 3pm
• Yoga (meditation) practice 3pm
• Afternoon Tea 4pm
• Depart 5pm Halepohaku - Makawao 7pm

Balance Due: 30 days prior to the Retreat.
