I started yoga classes with Ted two months ago because I was constantly dealing with a sore lower back because of the lifting that I have to do at my job.
After just 6 or 7 yoga classes and some heat treatments on my back, the soreness and tightness is completely gone. I can now go through my day and week without even thinking about my back.
What’s best though, is that my back is no longer an issue when I play golf. Ted is an amazingly caring person and his knowledge and passion for Yoga and Ayurveda shine through in all that he does in class and during his private treatments.
I highly recommend his classes for anyone who wants to achieve a higher level of physical and mental well being. |
