: My doctor volunterred a suggestion to continue my ayurvedic treatments.
Yesterday I had my first follow up visit with the specialist in Washington DC. He volunterred a suggestion to continue my ayurvedic treatments. My range of motion in the shoulder is a continuing challenge. He also suggested holding off on even gentle yoga for a time. WE shall see. Doing PT homework 3x day plus PT session 3 x week while here. |
