For years I suffered with chronic discomfort and tightness in my neck, shoulders and scapulae - a tightness that never prevented me from doing anything but which was a constant irritation. I tried every remedy I could - frequent massage, chiropractors, acupuncture, rolfing, healing touch, somatics, bowenworks. Those therapies were helpful to a minor extent, but nothing has done as much to relieve the constant ache I lived with as the Ayurvedic heat treatments I've had through Yoga Awareness. I now have almost no discomfort at all, and I plan to have further treatments to irradicate the problem completely. Another issue for me had been a ten-year tightness in my left hamstring, an aggravation that no amount of therapy could touch. After six Ayurvedic treatments, that affliction is gone. I am truly amazed by and thankful for such an effective remedy.
