Ethiopian Restaurant near Honolulu Studio ☆
Ethiopian Love Food Restaurant (1112 Smith St. 3-min walk from Yoga Awareness Studio) has great dishes! We had Injera or taita which is a sourdough-risen flatbread with unique, slightly spongy texture. Injera is made of Eragrostis, commonly known as lovegrass or canegrass. The name of the genus is derived from the Greek words (eros), meaning "love", and (agrostis), meaning "grass".
